I found that eating real and full meals helps and stopping at 3:30 pm. However this is just a temporary solution. Because it's hard to keep up with a schedule of eating like that. First it's hard because you have to eat at different times when your working. Also, your cravings for food could happen in the evening. Another annoying part for this way of doing things is you often feel too full after the 3 o clock meal and sometimes end up burping all evening....
